Keep up to ten approved people per child, with their relationship to them. Staff can check that list at the moment someone unfamiliar arrives at the curb.

Declare a delegate for a single pickup — name, relationship, phone. The teacher sees a banner with tap-to-call rather than guessing.
Carpools end with a confirmation.
When another parent takes your child, they confirm it in the app and you are told. Not a group text that nobody answers.

Join a group of families at your school, see the ride's progress while it is under way, and get an arrival update when your child is handed off.

What we do not do with your family's data
- There is no background location tracking. Pickup takes one location fix when you tap, and Bikepool tracks only while a ride is running.
- No child's device is ever tracked. Children have no account, no phone number, and no password in the system.
- On a bikepool ride you see your own children by name and an anonymous count of the other riders — other families' children are not exposed to you.
