What the office actually gets
An operational board for the afternoon
Today's activity with exceptions surfaced first, then arrivals, then release. Filterable by name, grade, class, group, direction, and status.
Roster-verified onboarding
New accounts are cross-checked against the roster your office uploads. A mismatch is flagged for review rather than blocking a family; a name collision locks the account and raises a duplicate alert.
Dismissal windows
Set the daily start and end times. Pickup requests outside the window are rejected on the server, not merely discouraged in the interface.
Broadcast and lockdown
Typed broadcasts — early release, weather delay, gate change, general, custom — to all parents, all teachers, or everyone. Lockdown blocks new pickup requests school-wide and alerts every parent until it is lifted.
Substitute coverage
Assign a one-day substitute; the absent teacher's students route to them, and the assignment expires on its own.
Codes that stay on the record
Every code the school ever issued, with who created it, how many families joined, and — when disabled — who disabled it and when. Disabled codes are never deleted; they are the record of how families arrived.
Reports counted from real records
Rides, completion rate, average duration, students collected, members who led. The headline figures and the table are the same query, so they always agree.
An audit trail that is appended, never edited
Approvals, role changes, releases, handoffs, and exports are recorded with actor, target, and timestamp. A correction is a new entry, never an overwrite.
